Fossberg Kraft, a subsidiary of Eqva ASA (OSE: EQVA), has entered into an agreement to develop and sell the Skjeggfoss hydropower plant in Drangedal in southern Norway to a UK based infrastructure investor. Fossberg Kraft will continue to operate the plant on behalf of the new owner. The value of the project is approximately NOK 45 million.
BKS Industri AS, a subsidiary of Eqva ASA (OSE: EQVA) confirms the award of several contracts with a total value of NOK 43 million for deliveries to leading companies in Norway’s process industry.
Fosnavåg, 16 November 2022: During the third quarter, Eqva (formerly Havyard Group ASA) made significant strategic progress towards becoming a fully integrated service and maintenance supplier for the Norwegian land-based and maritime industry. The group’s new name reflects the new strategic direction. Further steps have been taken in the fourth quarter, such as initiating a process to establish a separate real estate division, with the aim of achieving better visibility of substantial underlying value of these assets.

Fosnavåg, 24 August 2022: Havyard Group ASA will report its first half year results on Wednesday, 31 August 2022.
Havyard Group ASA has entered into an agreement with the owners of HG Group AS on a merger, where Havyard will formally buy all outstanding shares in HG Group AS. As part of the transaction, an agreement has also been made to take over the shares in BKS Holding AS, to the extent not already owned by HG Group.
The vessel Åsværfjord, which is the sixth ship in the Havtrans series, is leaving Havyard Leirvik to go into service for Frøy.
The third and last of the ‘triplet ships’ for ESVAGT was handed over by Havyard Leirvik today. The yard has delivered a total of six offshore windfarm service vessels and thereby gained a strong position in this segment.
The shipyard in Leirvik in Sogn has won a contract with Fjord1 for modification of the car ferry MF Lote. The ferry will operate the route Skarberget–Bognes over the Tysfjord in Nordland county, and zero-emission ferries was one of the conditions for awarding the contract for this route.
Havyard Leirvik has handed over two vessels in two days. Both were delivered by the agreed date despite major logistical challenges due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Today, Havyard Leirvik handed over yet another wellboat to Frøy, and even the challenges yards have faced due to the coronavirus did not stop Havyard doing so before the agreed deadline.
HAV Design has developed a live fish carrier with the smallest climate and environmental footprint in the world per kilo of transported salmon. The boat is ordered by Frøy AS and will be put into operation for Cermaq after delivery.
